Change of mind / Cancellation
If at any point you change you mind or want to cancel an order, you may incur charges for work carried out to date.
Faulty products
In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty or outside of industry standard quality, we offer the option of a replacement or part refund. In the case of a refund, we will only offer this once we have received the faulty item back. We will refund returns postage on faulty items up to the value of 1st class signed for. Please note that we are not able to refund the postage value for items sent to us via Special Delivery post.
Please note: If we feel that your purchase is not faulty but has instead been poorly cared for we may not cover the cost of replacement of shipping. Items cannot be deemed faulty because of imperfections in wood grain, texture or laser flare.
Bespoke Items
Items that have been designed and produced especially for a customer are not covered by our change of mind policy. It is the customers responsibility to check all details on proofs including typing, spelling and any other details prior to production as errors found after sign-off, cannot be changed without the expense being charged on. Cancelation of orders that have been started may incur a charge for work done to date.
